When we make stuff disappear, it doesn't mean it goes straight to the dump. We will recycle, reuse, and donate everything that we possibly can. If we come across things of value, we will set them aside for you to look up first and then if you still don't want them, we will credit parts of the value towards the work.

We will work with social workers when handling hoarding cases. With these delicate cases, you'll never hear us say "junk" or "throw away.". We will be respectful to the privacy of the person and family.
